What is a Lazy Par? Well imagine it’s a late Wednesday afternoon, and you’re out there by yourself. The 5th hole is about a 400-yard par 4. You heel-cut a driver out there about 230…240. You take out your 5-iron, and you hit it a little thin up by the green. You pull our your lob wedge and flip it out to about 4 feet under the hole, and you scrape it in from there. That, ladies and gentlemen, is a Lazy Par.
