Golf Locker Returns and Exchanges Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just send it back to us in the same condition that we sent it to you with the tags still on, following the procedure below, and we will refund your money minus shipping charges. Some special order items are non-returnable. These items will be indicated on their respective webpage. Please see the instructions below on how the process works.
Items that are embroidered in any fashion are not eligible for return or exchange.

For GolfLocker.com purchases, please follow the procedure below.
There is a 60 day time limit on returns.
You must initiate a request for a return authorization number within 60 days of your order ship date, and we must receive your return within 14 days of issuing you an RA#.
If your order was eligible for free standard shipping when you placed your order, and you return items from that order that reduces your order total below the amount necessary for free standard shipping, your refund will be reduced by the shipping charge that you would have paid on your original order.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for exchanges and returns. For instance, if you order shoes that include free shipping, and you would like to exchange them for a different size, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to send the shoes back to us and for the shipping charges for the exchange pair.
Items that are customized in any way, including embroidered items with custom logos or personalized text and custom logo and personalized text golf balls are not returnable or exchangeable.
International customers are responsible for all shipping and customs charges for any and all returns and exchanges.
Here's where to start.
If you created an account when you placed your order... - To initiate a return or exchange, please log into your account by clicking here. Once you log into your account, click the "Returns" link to view the orders that have items on them that are eligible for return or exchange based on our policies below. Follow the steps from there to choose the items that you would like to return or exchange, the reason for the return/exchange and how you would like your exchange handled, if applicable.
You will then receive an email to the email address on your account with the newly created RA# and return instructions. Please ensure that the email address info@golflocker.com is added to your safe list so that you receive important emails from us concerning your return/exchange.
If you didn't create an account when you placed your order... - You will have to submit your request via our online Return and Exchanges Request Form by clicking here. Once we receive your submitted form, we will email you an RA# with instructions on what to do next. Please ensure that the email address info@golflocker.com is added to your safe list so that you receive important emails from us concerning your return/exchange.
Returns without an RA# written on the outside of the box will not be accepted. They will be refused and returned to you. It is best to print it very big in black magic marker, so it's easily visible.
Please do not damage the original boxes when returning golf shoes. In other words, don't apply tape or any other sticker or writing to the original shoe boxes. Thank you.
There is no restocking fee. Our returns address is Golf Locker, Attn: RETURNS, 6200 North Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33614. Print a copy of the e-mail that we send back to you with your RA# and put it in the box with your return.
If you are returning or exchanging shoes or clothing, they must not have been worn outside on the grass or dirt or show any signs of wear.
If you send us something back that is visibly worn, we will send it back to you and charge you for return shipping. Please don't try to return worn products for any reason. If you want to exchange a product for a different size or color, you will be charged for return shipping to you for the new product.
The only way that we can accept shoes or clothing for return or exchange is if they are still in brand new condition with the tags still on. If you have a problem with a product that you think should be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, please use the information on the warranty cards that the manufacturer includes in the box.
If you can't find any warranty cards, e-mail us, and we can send you the information necessary to contact the manufacturer. We only deal with respectable manufacturers that usually give us no hassle when it comes to any warranty problems. We will do everything possible to make your buying experience a fantastic one!
